Tonya and Jonathan Wiley are a husband and wife team who live and work on Lake Greenwood full time. Tonya is a lifetime resident of Greenwood and Jonathan is from Columbus Ohio and is an Ohio State Graduate who relocated here in 1994. They live on Lake Greenwood with their 3 children. They enjoy “living the lake life” and share that personal experience with their clients. The Wiley’s have been involved in real estate and home sales and investing since 2002.
Prior to getting his real estate license in 2008, Jonathan was in Management and Sales in the manufacturing industry. Tonya received her Real Estate License in 2005. Prior to this she was a HR Manager and began her career selling Mobile and Modular homes for a local company and was awarded Top Sales Person of the year by Champion Homes in 2003-2004. Over the years, The Wiley Team has consistently remained the Top Selling Agent on Lake Greenwood and have sold more property on Lake Greenwood than any other agent.In 2017 Tonya met the rigorous requirements and received her Luxury Home Specialist Designation. She is the only certified Luxury Home Specialist in the Greenwood area as of June 2017.
Tonya and Jonathan believe in giving back and supporting the local community. They actively support the Self Regional Healthcare Foundation as a member of the Madame Curie Society with yearly support and donations. They sponsor Connect Lake Greenwood in numerous events throughout the year. They also support the Children’s Miracle Network hospital by contributing a portion of every transaction and have done so since 2009. Tonya and her husband sponsor several Youth Sports Teams at the local YMCA each year, as well as Traveling Youth Baseball League Teams. They are also active members of the local Chamber Of Commerce.
